As you have probably gathered, our emphasis for roasted coffee is on superior quality and freshness.
Occasionally we don’t quite get the roast schedule nailed and roast a little too much coffee – arguable there’s no such thing right?
When it comes to freshness, our rule is to consume coffee within 6 weeks of the roast date.
Our commitment to the environment, and waste reduction, is much like our roasting ethics. We care greatly for this little blue ball (earth) and do our best to ensure we help keep it in top shape for the next generations.
So what happens to the coffee that is past that 6 week post roast date?
This happens!
