Colombia has not previously been renowned for natural processed coffee, traditionally Colombian coffee has been favouring the washed processing method. Whilst natural process coffee has been largely reserved for the extremely wealthy producers. Until now…

One of the pioneers that is helping shape the new wave of Colombian coffee production is Andres. His approach towards natural processing is exceptional.

Andres is a forward thinker, relentlessly pursuing cup quality to establish themselves in the specialty market, at the same
time, in their second year of a three-year transition to achieve organic certification. He constantly looks into improving the
efficiency on his farm, whilst still practicing agroforestry, has found balance between productivity, quality and environmental
stewardship.

We are incredibly pleased to be able to offer this coffee to the Australian market. And what a special coffee it is!

In the cup, expect notes of mango and pineapple that morph into plum and chocolate. A very sweet coffee with a very mild acidity.
