This decaffeinated coffee is a truly wonderful coffee in its own right. Sweetness, spice, vibrant with an incredible body that works well across every brew method.

The beans (Catuai and Typica varieties) are from the Chiapas region in Mexico, one the countries oldest coffee growing regions.

Harvesting occurs between January and April where the beans are washed then fully soaked using the mountain water process. This entails sourcing water from Pico De Orizaba.

The coffee is soaked and washed in clean water numerous times and then the water is
passed through a caffeine filter before being re-introduced to the coffee. This natural
process leaves a full flavoured coffee without any chemical residue.

In the cup this decaf is smooth with a full body, loads of sweetness, and some nice spice in the finish.
