Processed at the Uraga washing station, this natural process coffee is the highest grade available from Ethiopia.

Uraga washing station is located in Guji, Sidama. Most of the the picking, sorting, and processing is manually done.

This lot is made up of coffee that was produced by 1209 smallholder farms. Each farm is, on average, 2-3 hectares. Farms have an average of 1500 trees, one tree typically yields 100g to 200g of green coffee.

Coffee from this region is highly sought after. The attention to detail from both the farms and the work at the processing station have created a reputation for exceptional coffees out of this region over the last several years.

In the cup we are getting notes of milk chocolate, pineapple, and mango that combines with a zesty yet full body.
