Comprised of a small group of approximately 250 farmers, Santa Rosa is nestled in the southern mountains of Guatemala.

The co-operative process their premium cherries at the El Boqueron mill, for this lot the cherries are washed then sun-dried.

We love this coffee! It brings notes of blueberries at the start, butterscotch in the middle, then tapers out to a peach iced tea finish.
